Shipping

All product are delivered by UPS ,Fedex, USPS or truck co. for ground . Actual shipping cost is depending on the weight of the scooter and the distance and will be calculated when you check out. Most orders will be shipped within 48 hours. Ground delivery takes up to 6 to 8 business days within the Continental US and is available during business days only. UPS Ground service is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, APO and FPO addresses. Orders being shipped to a non-credit-card billing address are subject to information verification

Damaged Merchandise

Please carefully check up the package and product before the freight carrier leaves. Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons or parts are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill and contact us immediately within 48 hours. We cannot be responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier if it hasn't been noted on the freight bill. Purchasers will be responsible for shipping costs associated with damaged part replacements. If you have any question regarding to this issue, please feel free to contact us. We will be glad to help you.

Warranty

Bikes and Scooters are warranted for 30 days for manufacturers' defects only--this does not include loose nuts, bolts or defects caused by lack of maintenance. Bikes and scooters may not be returned for cosmetic damage such as scratches. These bikes and scooters are new and never used. If these are damaged in shipping you must file a claim with the shipping carier and you may contact us to purchase replacement parts.

Return Policy

Due to shipping difficulty and weight . Bikes and Scooter do not qualify for this program and are not returnable.

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please allow up to 7 business days after we receive the returned product for us to process your refund.

All returns must be in their original packaging and must be in new and un-used condition. The buyer is also responsible for returning the unit to us. We suggest insurance and return packaging by UPS or Fedex directly to insure the package is guaranteed for insurance against damage on the return shipping.

Writing the Return Material Authorization (RMA) number clearly on top of the package. All packages arriving without a legible RMA number written on top of the package will be returned to sender at the sender's expense.

For any returns or warranty repairs, please email us at steventwn@yahoo.com. All returns or warranty repairs must be authorized first and we will issue a return authorizations number, that RMA number must be on the carton when you ship the unit back.

Scooter Safety

Scooters are wheeled vehicles. Riding a wheeled vehicle contains certain inherent risks. Riding a bike, skates or a skateboard can have similar risks as riding an electric scooter. Riding a gas or electric scooter is dangerous and serious injury or death is possible.
Wear an ANSI or Snell approved helmet at all times when riding an electric scooter. Be sure to always wear the chinstrap securely buckled. Failure to wear an approved helmet may result in serious injury or death.
For electric scooters, wet weather impairs traction, braking, and visibility. The risk of accident is dramatically increased in wet conditions.
Riding at dusk, after dark, or at times of poor visibility is dangerous and can result in serious injury or death since cars and other vehicles may not see an electric scooter rider. An electric scooter rider may not be able to see obstacles in the path after dark.

No credit card numbers are stored on our computer or saved for any reason. The numbers are taken and processed immediately by secure eCommerce servers run by Yahoo.com. Your order is then encrypted before being sent to our co.. Your card information couldn't be safer.
